Apartamento - Paris

"I stayed at this apartment in 2011, (see last year''s testimonial) snd I returned this year because I liked it so much. The location is very convenient - about 10-15 minutes from Notre Dame, and a short walk to the Hotel de Ville metro and BHV (Bazaar Hotel De Ville department store). In the square below there are restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy and a boulangerie. The apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom and kitchen are both modernised, clean and functional. The main window looks out onto trees, which is very pleasant. Patrick, the owner, is very nice and extremely helpful. He has thought of everything, including a library of guidebooks!"

"I found this apartment in the Marais to be very clean, tidy and well-appointed. It has a pleasant outlook onto trees. The bed is very comfortable, the shower works well, and all the other facilities are excellent. There is a collection of guide books and other books on Paris which probably makes it unecessary to bring your own. The location is ideal - very close to the Musée Carnavalet, rue des Rosiers, rue de Rivoli, shops, restaurants, the river and the metro. There is a boulangerie and several restaurants on the square below. The owner was easy to contact, very nice and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely Paris apartment."

"I had the pleasure of staying in this flat during the Summer of 2011 and had a wonderful holiday. Most of all, I loved the location. The charming Parisian flat is in the heart of the Marais and is within walking distance to amazing restaurants, trendy bars and clubs, and chic retail shops. You simple couldn’t ask for a better location. The flat is clean and well maintained and contains all of the basic living essentials you’ll need for a pleasant stay. The owner is extremely conscientious and detailed; he covers every question you could possibly have. He is very helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable."

"Das frisch renovierte, geschmackvoll gestaltete Apartment in super zentraler Lage ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der funktionsfähigen Küche mit ausr. Geschirr lassen sich Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten problemlos vorbereiten und genießen. TV, PC mit Internet, Radio, schöne Bettwäsche und einige Parisführer stehen zur Verfügung. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und ein kleiner Markt (2 mal pro Wo.) liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock (Aufzug) und das Haus in einer lebendigen doch sicheren Umgebung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, gut organisiert und erreichbar. Merci Patrick! The newly renovated, tastefully designed apartment in superb central location is very well equipped. In the functional kitchen with enough dishes one can easily prepare breakfast or snacks and enjoy them. TV, PC with internet, radio, nice linen and some Paris guides are available. Shops, cafes, restaurants and a small market (2 times per week) are right on the doorstep. The apartment is on the 3rd (Elevator) and the house in a lively but safe environment. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr und sehr funktionell. Man hört Strassengeräusche aber nicht störend laut, der Blick geht auf einen typisch Pariser Platz. Die geniale Lage bietet Gelegenheit zu interessanten Spaziergängen im Marais mit Bummel durch die vielen individuellen Geschäfte. Über die Ile St, Louis erreicht man Notre Dame in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuss, das Rathaus ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, gegenüber des Rathauses ist das Kaufhaus BHV gelegen, das in allen Bereichen sehr gut sortiert ist. Es gibt einen sehr guten Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Anbindung an die Metro und einige Buslinien ist sehr gut. Eine gemütliche und stilvolle Unterkunft in ausserordentlich guter Lage, sehr zu empfehlen
